About the role

As Chief Clinical Governance Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across clinical governance, patient safety, outcomes, and regulatory compliance. A key focus of the role is establishing clear, organisation-wide visibility and accountability for clinical performance ensuring the CEO and Board have a single, authoritative view of quality and outcomes.

You will lead the integration and optimisation of clinical data to drive insight-led decision-making, improvement initiatives, and benchmarking both nationally and internationally. This includes elevating Mater’s clinical reputation through measurable outcomes, transparent reporting, and a strong culture of safety and learning.
