Our Business

Alumni Global is a leading Executive Search and Leadership Consulting business. We operate globally and our commitment to ethical business practices extends to all aspects of our operations.  We understand the importance of ensuring Modern Slavery is eradicated.

Our Policies

We have policies and procedures in place to ensure that we conduct our business ethically and with respect for human rights. Our policies include:

  1. Anti-Slavery Policy: We have an Anti-Slavery Policy that reflects our commitment to preventing modern slavery and sets out the steps we take to identify and mitigate risks.

  2.  Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards expected of our employees and business partners, emphasising the eradication of slavery and human trafficking.

  3.  Supplier Code of Conduct: We expect our suppliers and business partners to adhere to the same high ethical standards. Our Supplier Code of Conduct includes specific provisions related to the prevention of modern slavery.

  4.  Whistle blowing policy: We have this policy in place to ensure that there is an open and protected place for people to raise any issues of impropriety including those related to Modern Slavery.

  5.  Anti Bribery and Corruption policy: We expect our employees, suppliers and clients to abide by the Bribery Act 2010.  Our monitoring processes allow transparency and controls to ensure business activities fall within industry and government guidelines.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct ongoing due diligence to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. This includes:

  1. Supply Chain Mapping: We have mapped our supply chain to identify areas where there may be a higher risk of modern slavery.

  2.  Risk Assessment: We have conducted a risk assessment to evaluate the likelihood and severity of the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain.

Training and Awareness

We provide training to our employees to raise awareness of modern slavery risks and to ensure that our employees understand how to identify and report any concerns related to modern slavery.

Monitoring and Reporting

We regularly monitor our operations and supply chain to identify and address any instances of modern slavery. We encourage reporting of any concerns through our established channels.

Future Steps

We are committed to continuously improving our efforts to prevent modern slavery. In the upcoming year, we plan to conduct an audit of current and new suppliers in relation to Modern Slavery as well as provide further training to our employees on identifying and reporting risks of Modern Slavery.
