Mater Foundation, Head of Grants and Impact

Working closely with the CEO and Director of Finance of Mater Foundation, the Head of Grants and Impact is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of the organisation’s grant funding portfolio and impact measurement initiatives.

This position will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders of Mater Group to ensure that distribution priorities (including equipment and infrastructure across all Mater Campuses) and successful grants are aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities, mission and goals. The objective is to ensure that improved patients' outcomes are at the helm, while maximising and measuring impact effectively.
