As Director of Nursing, you will lead and oversee nursing operations across both Northpark and La Trobe Hospitals, each with a distinct clinical focus and growth trajectory. This role demands a balanced, strategic mindset capable of translating overarching priorities into actionable outcomes across two facilities.
About the Northpark Private
Northpark Private Hospital is well known as one of the leading private hospitals in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Situated in leafy Bundoora, our patients are locals and those travelling from the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Northpark Private is well known for our provision of a broad range of care including surgical, medical, and mental health services. We are well known as a premier maternity hospital having delivered many local babies and subsequently their families over the years, our maternity service also includes a well respected Early Parenting Unit.
About La Trobe Private Hospital
La Trobe Private Hospital is a newly redeveloped medical and surgical hospital facility located in leafy Bundoora. A recent expansion of clinical services at La Trobe Private Hospital is complete and is helping us meet the growing healthcare needs of the Northern suburbs communities.
With an emphasis on expanding accessible clinical services for patients, investing in state of the art operating theatres with a focus on orthopaedics, urology and more. As part of La Trobe University’s city of the future, we look forward to providing outstanding nursing and allied health training and education, medical research, and specialist doctor experience.
