The Director of Nursing will provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and allied health services across The Victoria Clinic. This is a key role focused on ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, workforce performance, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of safety and quality systems in line with the NSQHS standards, while managing operational metrics such as workforce hours per patient day (WHPPD), turnover, sick leave, agency utilisation, and consumable costs.

The Victoria Clinic is a purpose-built private psychiatric facility located on Malvern Road in Prahran, Melbourne. It features 115 inpatient beds, modern treatment spaces, and spacious outpatient consulting areas—all designed to support high-quality mental health care. Built with both functionality and comfort in mind, the clinic offers modern amenities such as a gymnasium, a rooftop garden, and single rooms with ensuites—providing a therapeutic and welcoming environment for recovery.
Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and mental health nurses, The Victoria Clinic offers a variety of evidence-based treatments. These include addiction services, mood and anxiety therapies, and innovative approaches, all delivered with a holistic, patient‑centred focus.
