Working closely with executive leaders, clinicians and operational teams, the CMO will lead organisation-wide medical governance and patient safety frameworks, oversee medical workforce planning, credentialing and professional development, and drive service improvement initiatives aligned with best-practice healthcare delivery. The role will also provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board on clinical risk, accreditation, healthcare policy and emerging sector trends, while building strong partnerships with clinicians, universities, professional bodies and healthcare networks to support innovation, education and excellence in patient-centred care.
