Innovation Lead

This new position will take a key role in fostering innovation throughout the institute. This will involve taking on the responsibility of managing and growing the newly established Discovery Innovation Program and Fund as well as identifying and developing further educational programs within the Institute to embed innovation culture at the core of how we operate.

The CIIP Innovation Discovery Program aims to foster a sustainable culture of innovation by developing the Burnet Institute's innovation pipeline and nurturing the next generation of innovators. The program assists researchers in formulating strategies to enhance the impact of their work. By transforming ideas and knowledge into practical innovations with the support of key stakeholders and industry partners, researchers will work towards achieving real-world impact.
