Workforce Planning Lead, Darling Downs Health

Reporting to the Executive Director, People and Culture, the Workforce Planning Lead will provide high-level leadership in the design and implementation of contemporary workforce planning frameworks. You will act as a senior adviser to the executive team on future workforce trends, organisational development, and data-led strategic modelling.
