About Revivo Group
Revivo Group unites specialist companies within surface treatment, protecting vital industrial, infrastructure, maritime and construction assets from corrosion, fire and wear. Backed by Helix Kapital, the group today comprises six companies with approx. SEK 400 million in annual revenue, strong profitability and more than 150 employees. Revivo Group is in an expansion phase with an active M&A agenda and a clear focus on building a scalable, collaborative and modern industrial services group.

The culture is entrepreneurial, transparent and hands-on. Revivo Group partners with regionally strong, expertise-driven companies and is now investing in strengthening its governance and reporting structure and capabilities as the group expands.

The Role
Revivo Group is recruiting a Business Controller to build and professionalize the group finance and reporting function in a decentralized environment. The role is broad, both strategic and operational, and well suited for either a Senior Business Controller on a CFO-track or a hands-on CFO who wants to join an acquisition-intensive organization.

We believe the right person brings experience from a project-based business, such as construction, installation services, contracting or industrial services, where project controlling and forecasting are central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement group-wide financial structure, reporting and governance.

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Support the M&A agenda, including financial analysis, onboarding and integration of acquired companies.

  • Ensure accurate subsidiary reporting; professionalize accounting and forecasting utilizing percentage-of-completion method.

  • Oversee consolidation, subsidiary accounting and coordination of partly outsourced accounting services.

  • Support treasury development, including ongoing cash pool implementation.

  • Improve working capital: improve payment terms and increase invoicing frequency.

  • Train and support local companies, building understanding and adoption of group processes.

  • Collaborate closely with subsidiary management to connect operational activities with financial performance.

  • Review and help improve the system and IT landscape to enable scalable reporting.

Desired Experience

  • Solid background in controlling, accounting and financial analysis.

  • Strong understanding of project economics, cost control and the percentage-of-completion method, with the ability to professionalize and challenge existing practices.

  • Experience with consolidation, subsidiary accounting and evaluating newly acquired companies in an acquisitive environment. Familiarity with K3 is required; IFRS is a merit.

  • Skilled in developing scalable reporting frameworks, forecasting models and financial processes, and confident working in a decentralized structure, balancing governance with entrepreneurial autonomy.

  • Ability to translate operational activities into financial insights, collaborate effectively with project managers and site teams, and coordinate with outsourced accounting partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Willingness to travel and maintain close contact with subsidiaries to stay connected to the business and build alignment.

Personal Characteristics
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to educate, influence and establish long-term partnerships across the group. You thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment where structures are evolving and hands-on work is part of the journey.

Analytical and curious, you quickly grasp different business models, identify improvement opportunities and drive change through clear insight. You are self-driven and accountable, comfortable taking ownership and moving initiatives forward independently when needed. At the same time, you are highly team-oriented, valuing collaboration, trust and a strong culture as essential foundations for building a scalable and successful organization.
