Matilda specialises in recruitment and executive search within the IT and technology field. With seven years of experience at Alumni Global, she has successfully executed complex searches for a wide range of leadership roles, such as CEO, CIO, CTO, CISO and COO.

She specialises in identifying top leadership talent across industries, including tech, financial services, governmental authorities, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Her experience spans both large, complex global enterprises and smaller, locally-based companies with diverse ownership structures.

Prior to joining Alumni Global, she was part of Randstad Group (Randstad Technology), specialising in IT/tech roles.

Matilda has experience in psychometric testing and is certified in personality and analytical assessment tools. She has a bachelor from Uppsala University in Sweden within the field of Human Resource Management and Working Life. She has also studied IT & Management Information Studies at San Diego State University in the USA.
