Malin Grundström is Partner and Senior Consultant at Alumni Global, where she provides strategic counsel to Boards and CEOs across a wide range of industries.
She plays a key role in all of Alumni Global’s service areas, including board evaluations, executive search, and leadership consulting, working with listed companies, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses. Malin is highly regarded for her strong track record in executive and board recruitment, along with her expertise in management audits and board assessments.
Before joining Alumni Global in 2018, Malin held senior HR Director positions at international organisations, where she also gained experience as a board member. She is proficient in psychometric evaluations and certified in various personality and analytical assessment tools. Malin holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Linköping University, Sweden.
In addition to her professional roles, Malin has served on the Board of Directors of the Barncancerfonden Södra.
