The Harley Street Clinic is made up several facilities in the heart of London’s medical district, offering the very latest treatments and technologies in a heritage setting:

The Main Clinic - houses a Level 3 adult Intensive Care Unit, state-of-the-art operating theatres and cardiac catheter lab, and diagnostic facilities including CT and MRI.

Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) - a flagship outpatient oncology centre offering chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormonal therapy, consultation and counselling suites, an on-site laboratory and a pharmacy.

Devonshire Street Diagnostic Centre - offers the full range of diagnostic tests within modern and comfortable surroundings. The facility is also home to a number of the hospital’s consultant-led specialist centres ensuring fast and seamless care.

Molecular Imaging Centre - one of the UK’s most advanced diagnostic imaging centres offering diagnostic CT scanning and 3D imaging technology, as well as a range of therapies guided by nuclear medicine. The Centre is also equipped with the latest generation PET-CT scanner and two gamma cameras to provide fast and accurate diagnosis of complex diseases.

Cancer care

The Harley Street Clinic enjoys the reputation of having the most advanced private cancer facility in Europe, combining the latest equipment and technologies with a leading team of oncologists and clinicians. Treating all types of cancers in all age groups, they provider comprehensive care and support, from initial diagnosis through treatment, recovery and beyond.

HCA UK is the only private healthcare provider in the UK to operate a dedicated clinical trials facility, the Sarah Cannon Research Unit, giving its patients access to innovative drugs and therapies that are still in development.

Cardiac care

The Harley Street Clinic’s leading consultant cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and specialist nurses offer a full range of cardiac tests and treatments, aided by the most advanced medical technology. Covering all aspects of adult cardiac care, the hospital also works with the Portland Hospital to provide seamless and integrated care for children with congenital heart defects.

The Harley Street Clinic is the first and only private healthcare provider in the UK to offer CaRi-Heart® technology that uses artificial intelligence to detect underlying risks that can lead to heart attack in the future. If results suggest an increased risk of heart attack, the expert team can begin work on putting preventative measures in place.

Spine and neurosurgery

The London Neurosurgery Partnership at The Harley Street Clinic is a group of thirteen spinal and cranial neurosurgeons who work together to deliver an unparalleled level of spinal and neurosurgical care. Each consultant is recognised a super-specialist in their given area of expertise and multidisciplinary working ensures treatment of the highest standard, delivered in the best way for each individual patient.

The London Neurosurgery Partnership has access to the most advanced equipment and technologies, including intra-operative MRI and Gamma Knife®.  Treatments available include minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery, lumbar decompression, minimally invasive spinal surgery, minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF), minimally invasive brain tumour surgery and the Visualase® system to treat brain tumours and epilepsy.

International patients

The Harley Street Clinic is experienced in welcoming overseas patients and its dedicated international relations team is always on hand to help with everything from airport transfers to finding accommodation. They also provide translators for a wide range of languages.
