Bio
Thomas focuses on complex and high-profile international placements at Board and Executive level across the industries of healthcare and higher education. He serves on the Alumni Global Business Unit Management Council and is also a member of the Board Services Practice.
With approximately 20 years of executive search and advisory experience, Thomas began his executive search career working for KMC International, a boutique executive search firm, delivering Board level searches across government, industry and higher education before joining Alumni Global in 2008. He was then appointed as a Senior Researcher in Government and Public Services before being promoted to Head of Research in 2013, Director in 2018 and Managing Director in 2023. As an expert in the sector, Thomas has an exceptional reputation with clients and candidates for handling challenging and sensitive searches as a trusted advisor to public, private and third sector organisations.
Thomas is a graduate of Keele University, UK, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy.
