Bio

Tanja has been with Alumni Global since 2000, opening our first Öresund office in Malmö at the beginning of 2001 and our Copenhagen office in 2007. She has over fifteen years of international leadership experience from marketing/sales and division management, primarily within Consumer & Retail and Industry segments. Today Tanja focuses on international executive search and board assignments as well as audits and management development.

Tanja has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, Supply Chain & Operations and Sustainability.

Prior to joining Alumni Global, Tanja worked in management positions for, among others, Nobel Industries, Procter & Gamble, and L’Oréal, in different parts of Europe and Asia.

Tanja Jibrandt works from Alumni Global's offices in Malmö and Copenhagen with international executive search and board assignments, board audits and management development. Her clients are mainly in the consumer and retail, industrial manufacturing and technology sectors, in Sweden, Denmark and the wider European market.

Tanja holds an MSc in International Economics from Linköping University, complemented by studies in human capital theory at Malmö University and Spanish at Lund University, and the executive programme How to Lead Professional Services Firms at Harvard Business School.
