Sonnica is Senior Researcher working especially as an advisor to clients within commercial functions.

She has broad industry experience from for example consumer, telecom, FMCG/retail and public sector, mostly in Stockholm and Mälardalen Sweden. Her primary focus is working with positions within marketing, communications, sales and business development as well as positions within the digital space. Throughout her experience she’s helped place candidates’ in new roles at middle/senior Management level, senior specialist and executive level.

She has over 10 years’ experience within permanent recruitment.

Prior to joining Alumni, she was a researcher at Hammer & Hanborg, a recruitment agency specialised in recruitment within marketing and communications, in Stockholm. At Hammer & Hanborg she was also involved in digital events and worked as a Social Media Manager. Previously, she held various positions within marketing and communication.

Sonnica has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Mälardalens Högskola, Sweden.
