Åza Skoog is Deputy CEO of Alumni Global and Managing Director for the Nordic business area, leading the firm’s Nordic operations across leadership advisory and executive search.
With more than 25 years of experience building and leading businesses across the Nordics, Åza has a strong track record of driving growth, leading transformation, and developing high-performing teams. She leads Alumni Global’s Nordic business with a strong focus on performance, collaboration, and creating an organisation where people and businesses grow and thrive together.
Åza combines commercial drive with a deeply people-centered leadership philosophy. She believes sustainable business results are created through trust, accountability, and teams that succeed together. Known for her authentic and pragmatic approach, she works closely with people and organisations navigating growth, change, and transformation.
Before her current role, Åza founded and led Harvey Nash Nordics, building the business across six Nordic locations.
Åza holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Organisation from Linköping University, Sweden.
