Catharina heads our work within Board Services in the Nordics, both leading client engagements and driving our thought leadership within board composition and governance.
Bio
Beyond this, she has an industry focus on the consumer-oriented sectors, e.g. consumer products/services, media, and retail. Catharina’s assignments include recruitment to boards and management teams as well as client engagement with a broader leadership development focus. Several of her client relationships and assignments stretch beyond the Nordics into Europe and North America.
Catharina started at Alumni in 1997 and was an important contributor to Alumni’s growth for twelve years, since alongside her work with clients, she also performed a number of in-house roles including team leader and then COO. She also worked in London at Harvey Nash Executive Search UK. In 2009 she left Alumni to work as the Talent Strategy Director of the Universum Group based in Stockholm and Philadelphia. At the beginning of 2011, however, she returned to Alumni and is based in Stockholm.
Catharina has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing and Finance & Legal.
Catharina holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
