We are seeking a visionary, compassionate, and systems-focused senior medical leader to join our executive team as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a team of 9–10 direct reports, the CMO plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of medical services, clinical governance, patient safety, and medical workforce development. You will hold executive accountability for Pathology, Pharmacy, Clinical Ethics, Patient Safety & Clinical Excellence and the Medical Workforce Unit.
