Senior Administration and Secretariat Officer - KnowC19

The Senior Administration and Secretariat Officer will provide administrative support to the Know-C19 leadership team and operate as the secretariat of priority governance forums for associated projects. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, financial administration, and operating as the primary point of contact between the Leadership team and internal/external stakeholders. The incumbent will also work with the finance and administration teams, team members, and technical staff to provide logistical and administrative support for a range of projects and linked activities.

In the capacity of Secretariat, this position will lead the administration of priority governance forums. This includes minute-taking to ensure accurate records of discussions and decisions, planning and managing meeting calendars, maintaining action registers, and preparing meeting papers and agendas. Organisational skills and attention to detail are critical in coordinating these activities and ensuring seamless adherence to all governance processes.
