About Burnext
Burnext is a unique accelerator aimed at rapidly translating Burnet discoveries in Life Science, Public Health and International Development into practical health solutions for a more equitable world. The General Manager will lead the accelerator program and work in multidisciplinary teams across life sciences, public health and international development disciplines as well as with Burnet’s commercialization team, innovation leaders, intellectual property managers and other subject matter experts and will bring an innovation and entrepreneurial mindset to the role. Reporting to the Director of the Office for Research Translation (ORT), the General Manager will lead, develop and oversee work plans, identify and report on milestones, coordinate internal and external resources, budgets, implementation plans including risk mitigation, ensure projects remain within scope and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.
