The HR Manager Ronneby will lead a team of 7 direct reports and be part of the site management team. Key priorities in the role:

Coach and develop the management team in close cooperation with the Site Director, with focus on leadership development and building a strong inclusive culture and a great place to work.

Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.
Establish a clear structure for goal setting and follow-up within the HR organization, clarify priorities, and support team members in achieving their set goals.
Drive successful transformation towards a collaborative and high-performance driven organization.
Ensure continued good relationship with the unions and work with employer branding for Ronneby to become a great place to work.
Focus on talent management and succession planning, aiming to upgrade the team, both in HR and overall management capabilities for Ronneby, to build a strong succession pipeline throughout the organization
Ensure that Ronneby has the leading competences to be first in class with lean methodology and tools to increase productivity and further enhance the strong focus on sustainability
Contribute at division level HR; openly sharing “best practice” experiences and ideas for further improvements
Be a culture custodian for “safety first”; ensure clear and transparent communication and embrace multicultural understanding based on the shared value ground for Tarkett
Build relationships with all key stakeholders; local team, Nordics as well as at division level

Tarkett is looking for a HR executive with solid track of building successful talent management and securing a strong succession pipeline in an operations environment. The person we are looking for brings high energy and stability and can create a collaborative spirit across teams and functions, as well as the ability to set structure and clarify goals in the HR organization. To thrive in the Tarkett culture and with Tarkett management s/he needs to share the values, be interculturally competent, clear, and concise as well as fact based in communication and knowing her/his figures well. The right candidate needs to be a solid HR executive who can be a strong right hand to the Site Director.

Requirements

Experience from working within global/international companies
Successful leadership track in matrix organization
Experience from manufacturing company/operations environment
Solid experience from talent management and succession planning
Experience of managing relations with trade unions
Experience of driving cultural transformation and organizational change
Academic degree
Fluency in English and Swedish
