Sofie joined Alumni in 2021 and works with executive search assignments across all industry sectors and functions.

Sofie has been in the executive search industry since 2014, covering a broad range of industry sectors and functions including board positions, and has prior experience from recruitment and administration.

Sofie holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Lund University in Sweden, combined with studies in Business Administration and Law.
