Job description
As Head of M&A, you will lead Bravida’s acquisition strategy and manage a high-performing team with broad experience in corporate finance and operations. You will oversee the full M&A lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation, closing and post-acquisition integration. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring alignment with Bravida’s long-term financial and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
Shape and execute Bravida’s M&A strategy with a clear focus on value creation and synergies.
Drive proactive deal sourcing and lead end-to-end execution — from first meeting to integration.
Be a trusted partner to the CEO, board and management, ensuring every acquisition supports Bravida’s strategic ambitions.
Build strong relationships with target companies, owners, and internal stakeholders across regions.
Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled M&A team, ensuring both individual growth and successful deal outcomes.
Who are you?
You are a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset. You are comfortable moving between strategic discussions at board level and hands-on negotiations in the field.
Requirements
Proven track record in end-to-end M&A leadership (5–10+ years).
Experience from both large and small transactions, ideally in decentralized or low-margin businesses.
Solid knowledge of Nordic markets; direct regional experience is highly valued.
Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Engineering.
Fluent in Swedish & English; additional Nordic language is a plus.
Meriting
Experience from serial acquisitions in industries like construction, installation or infrastructure.
Personal characteristics
Strategic yet hands-on, with strong execution skills.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, from small business owners to C-level executives.
Analytical, structured and results-driven.
Energetic, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
