The Role
As Head of Business Area Finance, Building Nordics, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting the business area’s growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Building Nordics and part of the Business Area Management Team and Group Finance Management Team, you will act as a strategic partner in shaping business decisions and driving profitability across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Business Area Finance team across Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Business Area Head and the Management Team, providing analysis and recommendations to ensure sustainable profitability.
Supporting business development and investment decisions with strong financial insights.
Ensuring compliance, transparency, and alignment with Group Finance policies.
Qualifications and experience:
Senior leadership experience in finance, ideally from a multinational and project-driven organisation.
Strong understanding of financial planning, controlling, and performance management.
Experience working across the Nordic region is a merit.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional Nordic language(s) are an advantage.
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Strong business acumen with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to lead and motivate teams across countries.
Integrity, credibility, and a collaborative leadership style.
