Annika is Research Consultant and her core focus today lies within our Finance & Legal practice. She is engaged in executive search assignments and board recruitments.

Annika has 10+ years’ experience from executive search covering a broad range of industry sectors and functions, primarily of key positions such as CEO and CFO as well as leading business development, analysis and strategy roles.

Before joining Alumni, Annika worked for a Nordic Executive Search company as Research Consultant for nine years. During these years she worked on a wide variety of roles across various industries. Key areas that she has been more actively engaged in are Finance & Insurance, IT & Telecom and Public Sector.

Prior to working within the executive search industry, Annika worked as a special educator at one of Sweden’s largest hospitals, Karolinska University Hospital. Among other things, she helped children and teenagers with mobilization, preparation and processing of medical experience, pain distraction and business development.

Annika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from Stockholm Institute of Education, Sweden. On a consulting basis, she teaches the subject of Research at one of Sweden’s leading trade schools, Påhlmans Handelsinstitut Stockholm.
