With over 10 years of experience in executive search, Annika Norberg has worked across various sectors and functions, most recently specialising in key roles such as CEO, CFO, and Board Member.
Before joining Alumni Global, Annika Norberg gained extensive experience in diverse roles across industries, including Finance and Insurance, IT and Telecom, Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.
Annika Norberg began her career as a special educator at Karolinska University Hospital, one of Sweden's largest hospitals. In this role, she supported children and teenagers with mobilisation, preparation for medical procedures, and pain distraction. She actively contributed to organisational development and collaborated closely with the Foundation for Astrid Lindgren's Children's Hospital.
