Dilan joined Alumni in the summer, 2021, and focuses on leading research for the recruitment of executives across all disciplines within the consumer and commercial sector. As researcher she has an integral role in helping maintain and continuously build our network of candidates. 

In her previous roles spanning both the private and public sectors she has worked in banking and in for the Swedish social insurance agency.

Dilan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Sciences with a major in Public Administration from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.  She has also completed studies in leadership, conflict management and pedagogy.
