Niclas is a Senior Researcher with extensive experience from conducting numerous senior-level executive search assignments across a variety of industry sectors and ownership structures.

Apart from conducting C-suite and board searches Niclas also has a spike within the functional and industry-related field of Investment/M&A.

Prior to joining Alumni, Niclas worked as a researcher for another recruitment firm where he mainly focused on searches related to finance, legal and compliance.   

Niclas holds a Degree of Master of Laws, LL. M from Lund University, Sweden.
