Åsa is a Senior Researcher with long experience of executive search and research. She joined Alumni 2021 and is a part of the Technology and Digital Practice.

Before joining Alumni Åsa was Research Manager at an executive search company with focus on diversity and inclusion.

She recruited mainly management and board level positions within traditional businesses to the fast-growing tech- and start-up arena.

Prior to that she was a Researcher at an international search company with focus on C-level positions.

Åsa has experience with GDPR implementation and psychometric testing. She has also successfully founded her own jewelry company with retailers in several Nordic and European cities.
