This is a pivotal and high-impact opportunity to lead Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health within Darling Downs Health—a diverse and expansive regional health service supporting nearly 300,000 people across southern Queensland. Based in Toowoomba and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Director will be a key strategic leader, empowered to drive cultural safety, health equity, and community-led service design. With strong backing from the executive team and an organisation-wide commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, this role offers a powerful platform to lead meaningful, system-wide change.
