The role as Channel responsible Client & Customer Portals plays a central part in the digitalisation journey. The role provides senior operational leadership for the rollout, adoption, and value realization of Intrum's Client & Customer Portals. Working closely with the Group Product Owner, Group IT and Group Operations, the role ensures strong execution, high-quality stakeholder management, and measurable country adoption. A key priority for this role is to drive a Groupwide channel shift from traditional channels towards digital self-service.

 

Areas of responsibility

  • Set and drive agenda to increase digital channel utilization, self-service and automation, working closely with group functions and local teams to implement key levers in the business.

  • High-level planning and prioritization together with the Group Product Owner for Portals, including setting the overarching roadmap for 2026 deliveries and beyond.

  • Define and execute on plan to increase utilization of client and customers self-service solutions together with the local country teams.

  • Own and create SteerCo materials and leadership updates - including outlining narrative, setting structure, defining decision points and collecting required inputs.

  • Proactively manage senior stakeholders, maintain relationships with group functions and local business, operations and project owners, and handle escalations.

  • Hands-on involvement in kick-offs, selected weekly alignments, resolution of issues and content topics requiring senior guidance or cross-functional alignment.

 

Background and experience

  • +5 years experience of leading operational improvement activities related to digital channels and/or channel shift journey

  • Ability to navigate in complex multi-country organizations and manage senior stakeholders, both at group level and in local organizations

  • Experience in change management and project management related to rollout and adaptation of self-service portals or other digital tools to customers and clients

  • High level of influencing skills, disciplined delivery and change management capabilities

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint

  • Meriting with relevant background from IT or driving IT transformations

  • Meriting with experience from debt collection or financial services industry

This is a full-time permanent position based at Intrum’s Global Headquarters on Riddargatan in central Stockholm. The position reports to the Head of Strategy & Transformation.
