Pauline has 12 years of experience in leadership services.

She began at Alumni Global in 2018, initially leading a team within the executive search division, focusing on the industrial sector. Later, she transitioned into a role as Director of Executive Interim Management, where she led a dynamic team in providing strategic guidance to management teams, facilitating transitions, and driving organisational growth.

Today Pauline works broadly delivering assignments across our entire portfolio of services. With a tailored process and commitment to excellence and delivering tangible results, Pauline is dedicated to helping organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

Pauline has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, HR & Administration, IT & Tech, Supply Chain & Operations and Sustainability.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioural Sciences and a background within sales and education and having lived in Sweden and Italy, she has a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics which enriches her ability to navigate complex challenges effectively. She is certified in several personality and analytical assessment tools.
