Pauline is Director of our services within Executive Interim Management.

Pauline has 12 years of experience in leadership services. She began at Alumni in 2018, initially leading a team within the executive search division, focusing on the industrial sector. Later, she transitioned into her current role as Director of Executive Interim Management, where she leads a dynamic team in providing strategic guidance to management teams, facilitating transitions, and driving organisational growth. With a tailored process and commitment to excellence and delivering tangible results, Pauline is dedicated to helping organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioural Sciences and a background within sales and education and having lived in Sweden and Italy, she has a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics which enriches her ability to navigate complex challenges effectively. She is certified in several personality and analytical assessment tools.
