Karin Hagelborn is a Senior Consultant and Partner at Alumni Global, where she advises owners, boards, and CEOs on board and senior executive leadership matters. She has a proven track record of working with clients across the industrial, service and real estate sectors, ranging from private equity-backed growth companies to large blue-chip corporations.
Bio
Karin joined Alumni Global in 2014, bringing 10+ years of experience from leadership roles within Finance, M&A, Operations, and HR in international companies. During these years, she gained experience across industries including real estate, banking, private equity and media. Previous employers include GE and GE Capital/Real Estate, NBC Universal, Schibsted, Procuritas Partners and HSBC.
Karin has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO and Board, Finance and Legal, HR and Administration and Supply Chain & Operations.
Karin holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has also studied at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) near Paris. She possesses a diploma in coaching from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds both Swedish and Swiss citizenship and has worked internationally in the UK, France, Germany and Sweden.
