Karin Hagelborn

Consultant

Karin is a Consultant at Alumni, and works with a broad range of executive search and board assignments, as well as assessment and management audit projects. She has successfully recruited, evaluated and developed senior leaders in various functions, with a particular spike in CFO roles.

Karin joined Alumni in 2014, with 10 years’ experience from leadership and operational roles within the Finance function in large, international organisations. She has also worked as an HR Business Partner, team leader and project manager for large change and M&A projects. Karin has operational experience from the real estate, banking, private equity and media industries. Prior employers include GE (General Electric), Universal Pictures, Svenska Dagbladet, Procuritas Partners and HSBC.

Karin holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and has also studied at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) outside Paris. She has a diploma in coaching from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has worked and lived across Europe in the UK, France, Germany and Sweden.
