Mattias is a Senior Consultant and Licensed Psychologist at Alumni Global, based in Stockholm. He has extensive experience as an organisational psychologist, with a background spanning assessment solutions, leadership development, and occupational health. Prior to this, Mattias worked in both child and adolescent psychiatry as well as adult mental health services, specialising in psychological assessments and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
At Alumni Global, Mattias focuses on psychological assessments, second opinions, and leadership development. His work centres on identifying, clarifying, and enhancing behaviours that align with role-specific strategy and performance goals. His approach is outcome-driven, aiming for tangible, measurable progress in behaviour, performance, and leadership presence.
Mattias holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Örebro University in Sweden and is a licensed psychologist.
