Bio
With a background in clinical psychiatry, organisational psychology and occupational health care, he brings a rigorous, risk-aware lens to senior appointments and leadership effectiveness. He provides concise, evidence-based judgments using validated psychometrics, structured behavioural interviews, business cases, work samples, and stakeholder input, translating results into clear recommendations and targeted development plans for boards and executive teams.
Erik holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Uppsala University in Sweden and is a licensed psychologist.
