Kamila is Associate Partner and has over 10 years’ of experience in executive search, gained at both international and local executive search firms, managing client relations, conducting searches across industries in Poland and in the CEE region, as well as recruiting for senior management roles.

Currently Kamila works primarily with clients in the industrial and financial services sector. Part of her expertise is also performing management assessments and development programs. Over the years within her leadership development responsibility she has supported her clients in Poland and other Central European markets with strategic HR solutions, among others: post-merger integration, talent management and retention, talent benchmarking, strategic effectiveness alignment, assessment of high potentials or executive development.

Kamila is certified in psychometric testing, regularly performing both personality and analytical tests on candidates in our assignments. She speaks fluent English and conversational French. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management, from Warsaw University and she has also completed post graduate studies in Human Capital Management at Koźmiński University in Warsaw in Poland.
