Karin is a trusted advisor to our clients across a variety of industries. As trusted advisor she has experience from guiding senior management searches and reviews as well as team development. 

Today she operates within our interim services, utilising her thorough knowledge and relevant network to help our clients solve their talent needs. 

Before joining Alumni, she worked within HR and specifically with inhouse recruitment and employer branding. Karin has over ten years’ experience within permanent and executive interim recruitment.  
   
Karin has thorough experience in psychometric testing and is certified in several personality and analytical assessment tools. She has a Bachelor in Social Psychology from Högskolan Skövde, Sweden and has also studied Economics and Psychology within recruitment.
