Jenny Ahlinder is Global Director of People and Culture at Alumni Global, where she leads the firm's people strategy, organisational development and culture as a member of the Management Team. She partners with senior leaders to build inclusive, high-performance cultures and to strengthen talent and organisational capability across the firm's markets.

Bio

Jenny joined Alumni Global in 2016 and has held a succession of leadership positions across HR and operations, including Chief Operating Officer, Nordic HR Manager and Nordic Business Support Manager. Through these roles she has built deep expertise in people strategy, organisational design, change management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Before joining Alumni Global, Jenny held roles at McKinsey & Company, where she contributed to professional development, staffing and team leadership.

Jenny’s leadership is characterised by a focus on creating conditions in which people can thrive, promoting psychological safety, and aligning culture with strategic ambitions. She brings a thoughtful, pragmatic perspective to complex people challenges and is a valued partner to leaders across the firm.

Jenny holds a degree in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership from Linnaeus University and has studied leadership for projects and teams at Stockholm University.
