Global Director People & Culture

Jenny Ahlinder is Global Director of People and Culture at Alumni Global, where she leads the firm’s approach to talent, culture and organisational development as part of the Management Team. In this role she partners with senior leadership to shape strategic HR priorities, foster an inclusive and high‑performance culture, and support the growth and wellbeing of the firm’s people across markets.

Jenny joined Alumni Global in 2016 and has held a succession of leadership positions across HR and operations, including Chief Operating Officer, Nordic HR Manager and Nordic Business Support Manager. Through these roles she has built deep expertise in people strategy, organisational design, change management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Before joining Alumni Global, Jenny held roles at McKinsey & Company, where she contributed to professional development, staffing and team leadership.

Jenny’s leadership is characterised by a focus on creating conditions in which people can thrive, promoting psychological safety, and aligning culture with strategic ambitions. She brings a thoughtful, pragmatic perspective to complex people challenges and is a valued partner to leaders across the firm.
