Building on this legacy, the B&B Management Program is a unique springboard for ambitious talent who want to accelerate their development and rapidly move into senior leadership roles. The program offers hands-on experience in both acquisitions and operations, while building a network that often proves invaluable long after the program itself.

The program
As a participant, you will work closely with B&B’s CEO Magnus Söderlind and the Group Management team on group initiatives, acquisitions, and business development. You will also drive projects at our portfolio companies, ranging from pricing and assortment optimization to capital efficiency and building commercial organizations.

The program provides an unusually broad toolbox:

Work at Group level- including acquisitions (analysis, due diligence), group initiatives, and capital market initiatives.
Operational work in portfolio companies- mainly participate in projects such as business planning, commercial deep-dives, and organizational development.

Previous participants have all advanced into significant leadership roles after completing the program, taking on CEO positions or joining management teams in one of the group’s platform companies.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who combines intellectual sharpness with practical drive, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear responsibility and measurable results. To succeed, we believe you have:

A strong academic background, preferably in business or engineering
2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent
Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills
A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with genuine business interest
Proven ability to coordinate and lead projects
Outstanding communication skills in both Swedish and English
High integrity, low prestige, and a true team spirit

About the position
The program runs for 12-18 months, primarily based at our head office in central Stockholm with regular travel to portfolio companies. The ambition is clear: after completing the program, you will move into a management team role in one of our companies.
