The Group Treasury function plays a critical role in securing liquidity, managing financial risk, and ensuring efficient and competitive financing for the Group. As Head of Group Treasury, you will hold full responsibility for the treasury function, working closely with the CFO, Group Finance, and external financial partners.

Key responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Bravida Group’s treasury and financing activities
Ensure competitive terms and conditions for Bravida’s financing, as well as for other banking arrangements
Responsibility for covenant compliance and reporting to the Audit Committee via CFO and Head of Group Accounting
Liquidity planning and forecasting, including strengthening and developing cash flow analysis and forecasting capabilities
Management and coordination of Group cash pooling and intra-group funding flows
Responsibility for the Group’s commercial paper program
Support financing aspects in acquisition processes, including funding structures and intra-group lending
Close collaboration with Head of Group Accounting regarding cash flow and financial reporting
Responsibility for guarantees and relationships with credit insurance providers
Management of dividends, share issuances related to long-term incentive (LTI) plans, and evaluation of share buyback initiatives
Responsibility for Group insurance matters
Treasury-related support connected to leasing structures with particular focus on vehicle fleet leasing
Administration and oversight of Group corporate cards

We are looking for a self-driven treasury professional who thrives in a stand-alone role and enjoys combining strategic perspective with hands-on execution. You are analytical, structured, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity. You communicate clearly, build trust with stakeholders, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment. Swedish and English language proficiency is required.
