Chief People & Communications Officer, The Royal Melbourne Hospital

As the new Chief People & Communications Officer, you will report directly to the Chief Executive, Professor Shelley Dolan, and be a crucial member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will inspire and lead the People, Culture and Communications team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to elevate performance and reputation, while ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH), established in 1848, is Victoria’s first public hospital. The RMH’s dedicated workforce of 11,000 people provide a comprehensive range of health services. These include specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services, as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient, and community programs. The RMH is located in the heart of the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, a global research and teaching powerhouse with 25 health service, research, and academic partners.
