As Commercial Director, you hold full P&L responsibility for Solina Professional Foodservice across the Nordics and DACH region. You are responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening margins, and expanding market share across both branded, customized and private label offerings.

You will lead an organization of approximately 40 employees across Nordic & DACH, including six direct reports. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for six senior leaders across sales, marketing, and supply chain. The position is based in Rønnede, Denmark, and requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Operating in a cross-border and matrix organization, a key part of the role is to create alignment, clarity, and strong execution across markets, functions, and teams.

The role also involves being a key member of the Nordic leadership team and contributing to the broader Solina strategy and development.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across NEA and DACH, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and growth targets

  • Lead and develop the regional sales and marketing organization, building a high-performance culture

  • Drive pricing discipline, portfolio strategy, and commercial excellence across markets

  • Ensure strong collaboration across functions including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the region

  • Own and manage the trade spend budget and commercial planning processes

  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, structure, and commercial capabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop senior leaders and their teams across multiple geographies

The role going forward:
The organization is entering a phase where several priorities are central:

  • Accelerate profitable growth across both premium and mainstream foodservice segments

  • Strengthen commercial execution and pricing discipline across markets

  • Further develop a scalable and high-performing cross-border sales organization

  • Balance branded growth with private label and customized solutions

  • Enhance collaboration across countries, functions, and leadership teams

  • Build stronger commercial capabilities and leadership depth across the organization

  • Ensure alignment with Solina Group’s overall strategy and governance principles

Who are you?
You are a confident, commercially driven, and structured leader who thrives in a role requiring both strategic direction and hands-on execution.

You have experience leading complex, multi-market organizations and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while making clear decisions. You combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into tangible results.

As a leader, you create clarity, alignment, and accountability. You build trust through transparent communication and are able to bring together diverse perspectives while maintaining momentum and focus.

You are used to working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, and you operate effectively in an international and matrix environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience leading commercial organizations with full P&L responsibility

  • Strong background in sales and marketing within a B2B or foodservice-related environment

  • Experience managing cross-border teams and complex stakeholder landscapes

  • Solid financial understanding, including budgeting and margin management

  • A track record of delivering growth and executing commercial strategies

  • Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing teams

  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language

It is considered an advantage if you have:
