We have exciting news to share with you.

To further strengthen our position as the strategic partner to our clients, we are now consolidating our brand portfolio consisting of Impact Executives, Harvey Nash Nordics, Harvey Nash Executive Search, and PAT Management under the Alumni brand. We do this to even better meet our clients’ needs, to achieve a unified approach to the marketplace, and to offer integrated expertise and solutions that reflect the entirety of clients’ leadership, talent, and organisational needs.

This marks the next chapter of our journey, and builds on 30 years of experience of recruitment and development of leaders and board members. As a part of the Harvey Nash Group since 2007, we have been able to provide services with the reach and resources of a global enterprise. Since 2011 we have built our expertise and network within interim consulting through Impact Executives. The acquisition of PAT Management in 2017 increased our assessment and leader development capabilities and expertise. Our international leadership services business, Harvey Nash Executive Search, also joins the Alumni brand thereby allowing us to seamlessly serve clients from eleven offices in eight countries on three continents.

By bringing the combined experience from all our brands and organisations into one aligned entity, we can fully leverage our collective, wide-range expertise to support our clients and bring out the best in individuals and in organisations.
