Tessedine is an Executive Researcher within the practice and specialises in rigorous candidate research, data mapping and engagement across Healthcare, Higher Education, Not-for-Profit and commercial sectors. She brings experience across both public and private markets internationally, with a background that spans executive search, research psychology and applied qualitative research.
She has supported assignments at senior leadership, Board and specialist levels including Chair, Non-Executive Director, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Managing Directors and other executive positions. Her experience includes deep market analysis, candidate sourcing through multiple platforms and the preparation of candidate documentation and research reports.
Tess has a MA in Research Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, is fluent in English and Afrikaans and brings a strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
