Moema is a motivated professional with a background in general administration, human resources, and customer service, proposing efficient and straightforward solutions. She has worked extensively in internal processes, facilitating the daily office environment.

Prior to joining Alumni, Moema was working in the Hospitality industry in Australia as a customer services representative. Previously, she performed business administration roles across multiple companies in Brazil, where she was heavily invested in Human Resources operations.

Moema holds a Business Management degree and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources.
