Christine Perschon is an Executive Research Consultant at Alumni Global, specialising in executive search and leadership recruitment within the non-profit and public sectors. She partners with boards and executive teams to identify and attract leaders who create lasting societal value.
Bio
With a background that combines strategic communication and leadership recruitment, Christine has a deep understanding of how mission, values, and leadership are interconnected. She has delivered numerous executive searches for roles such as Secretary General, CEO, and other senior leadership positions in organisations dedicated to public good.
She draws on her previous experience in digital communication, brand development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a transparent and trust-based experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Before joining Alumni Global, Christine worked in executive recruitment within the public sector and in communications across healthcare, advocacy, and telecommunications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Design from Mälardalen University, Sweden, a Diploma in Journalism from Linnaeus University Sweden, and has completed advanced studies in research methodology at Påhlmans Handelsinstitut also in Sweden.
