Michael Pieters is Associate Partner and operates broadly across industries with a spike in industrial groups, pharmaceutical groups and local and regional private equity organisations.

Michael is specialised in executive search and leadership services. He operates broadly across industries with a spike in industrial groups and life science including; Pharma, Medtech and Diagnostics across countries. Furthermore local and regional private equity organisations is a key focus area.

Before Joining Alumni, Michael has been working for another international executive search company as Senior Partner. Prior to this, for more than 12 years, he was the CEO & President of Brenntag Nordic, the leading company within chemical distribution in the Nordics.

Michael holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management HD (A) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).  Also, Michael has acted as Mentor at the Executive MBA programme at Copenhagen Business School and as Board member in Borup Kemi, and The Association of Chemicals Distributors.
