Anna has more than 10 years’ experience in senior management and specialist recruitment.

Currently Anna is focused on Alumni's interim management business. Throughout her many years within the recruitment industry she has held numerous roles such as Researcher, Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. She is highly skilled at delivering recruitment and search assignments for senior positions and specialist roles across a variety of industries and functions. Anna also has experience of working with larger international recruitment projects.

Previous to Alumni Anna worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Schneider Electric. Anna managed the entire recruiting cycle and acted as advisor to managers through the recruitment process. In addition to that Anna was involved in several employer branding initiatives and TA process structure and set-up. 

Anna is certified in several psychometric tests, both personality and analytical assessment tools.
