This role plays a central part in that journey.
Areas of responsibility
Identify and drive strategic business development initiatives across Global Servicing.
Lead long-term and rolling strategic planning processes, including simulations and financial target setting.
Assess market potential and define growth priorities across countries and client segments.
Evaluate and shape new products and standardized client solutions.
Strengthen commercial performance frameworks.
Act as project leader and strategic sparring partner to the Head of Servicing.
Lead cross-border strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring disciplined delivery and measurable results.
Prepare Board and GMT presentations, decision material and executive communication.
Align markets around best practice, structure and performance orientation, and translate strategy into implementation.
Background and experience
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent from a leading university.
5+ years work experience, including experience from strategy consultancy firm.
Strong project management experience in growth strategy, commercial due diligence, pricing, market opportunity analysis and business plan implementation.
Experience from service-related industries; background from financial services is meriting but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate in complex, multi-country environments.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
Fluency in English.
Formal leadership experience is meriting.
Personal profile
Structured and analytical with strong problem-solving capability.
Commercially minded with genuine interest in business performance and client value creation.
Confident presenting to senior executives and boards.
Able to align and influence stakeholders across countries and cultures.
Hands-on and execution-oriented, comfortable moving from strategy to implementation.
Entrepreneurial, low prestige and motivated by impact and measurable results.
About the employment
This is a full-time permanent position based at Intrum’s Global Headquarters on Riddargatan in central Stockholm.
