About Qarlbo Biodiversity
Qarlbo Biodiversity, a subsidiary of Qarlbo AB, invests in nature-positive forestry and biodiversity restoration. With a mission to create lasting impact for nature, society, and future generations, we invest in production forests with the aim to restore biodiversity and strengthen ecosystem resilience.

Central to our work is the combining sustainable wood production with creation of positive biodiversity outcomes, often through biodiversity credits - scientifically verified ecological gains enabled through advanced MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) systems. These credits link measurable environmental improvements to corporate value chains, delivering both ecological benefits and sustainable financial returns.

  • Represent Qarlbo Biodiversity at industry forums, conferences, and working groups.

  • Collaborate with Investment, Communications, and Strategy teams to integrate and report on impact objectives across the business.

  • Engage with NGOs, regulators, and policy bodies in biodiversity, environmental, and natural capital domains.

Requirements

  • University degree in forestry, biology, environmental science, or a relevant discipline.

  • Proven leadership experience, including team and project management.
