About the role

Reporting to the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides visionary and progressive leadership, aligning the organisation around an ambitious and sustainable vision for CCQ, elevating its impact on cancer prevention, research, and support across Queensland. This role demands a dynamic leader who inspires innovation, pushes the boundaries and reimagines what is possible in the fight against cancer. The CEO will cultivate a contemporary and inclusive culture, fostering collaboration at every level and enabling each and every team member to perform to their full potential. As the public face of CCQ, the CEO embodies the organisation’s values, setting the standard for ethical leadership, inclusivity and social impact.
